Lonely days are long
Twilight sings a song
All the happiness that used to be

Soon my eyes will close
Soon I'll find repose
And in dreams, you're always near to me

I'll see you in my dreams
And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Baking duties today, making a batch of pandesal, Filipino bread rolls. That and chained to the washing machine, bright and sunny but not much of a drying wind.

Sounds good Steve not that I've tried Filipino Pandesal, I love Scottish bread rolls, There used to be a shop with a bakery attached in the next town that sold them with fresh Lorne sausage meat, delicious.

They're like bread rolls only sweeter, intended for jams, preserves etc rather than meat or cheese. Just waiting while the dough does its thing and rises. Had to start a 2nd batch of yeast, first one didn't activate for some reason, think I maybe had the milk a bit too warm Dried yeast goes into warm milk with a teaspoon of sugar.

Those Barbie dolls are worth a few quid now, becoming collectables.
