Times must be bad if they're putting security tags on cheese in Aldi https://www.independent.co.uk/news/u...-b2116115.html

Cool

Evening everyone.

Shopping done, spent far too much.

Grass cut along with the edges. Hedge trimmed. Garden watered.

Just having a Henry.

It’s something that makes me to do other things that are easier but hider in other times, I’m up and down Ian , tomorrow I’m seeing the doc for some hard work to make better for me, then another time for harder work to have another go. I hope to get some new tablets to make me easier to find the job easier, they have been atm.

Evening all, not sure what is going on with the hotel we are staying in as the bed is very noisy and squeaky from overuse or are the springs in the bed busted.

A rather disappointing Premier Inn, although the a/c is working.

Met with the surgeon who said the aneurysm had grown to 5.9 cm and it has to be repaired with a graft.

A big op at The Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead involving clamping off the heart, ICU on a ventilator then weaning me off it. He said I should be prepared for lots of tubes etc and to be in hospital for 2 weeks.

The surgeon reassured me that he will have another vascular surgeon to assist. To access the aneurysm, he will have to remove the bowels and after the graft has been fitted, the bowels will be put back in.

Before that he is referring me to a cardiologist to make sure my heart is able to withstand the op during and after. If it isn’t, he said there will be another plan.

Not the best news, but I will just have to get on with it.

Morning all,

The sun is shining and looks like it's going to be a hot one today and for the weekend.

This afternoon I'm off out to start setting up the Clacton Camera Club pitch/Gazebos for the Tendring Show tomorrow.

We will be displaying some of our members images and be on hand to chat to potential new members about what our club has to offer.
Meanwhile I will be doing portrait Head & shoulders photos for the public in our 'pop up' studio throughout the day.

Link to the Tendring Show if anyone fancies coming along
