Default part for n/s bullet mirror ?

Does anyone know if this part is available from anywhere , new or S/H ? See photo .
It is the "swivel post" from the mirror body , and my original has been cracked in two following impact ! It contains the "ratchet " which allows you to fold in the mirror .
To get the right alignment it needs to be from the n/s , and it has to be for the bullet type . I can reuse all the rest of the mirror I have , and don't mind a damaged unit so long as this bit is intact
I have also posted this in the wanted section . Happy to pay plus postage ; I'm having trouble finding a n/s bullet other than something from Lithuania for bonkers postage !
