Default Black Oak Wooden Gear Knob.

I'm sure I should know the answer to this but did Rover ever offer such a thing, to add to the black oak Contemporary interiors ?
Thanks in advance

Sadly not. The nearest thing would be what they fitted to the V8 auto 75 contemporary cars which was black leather with a chrome strip down the centre, you can just make it out in this picture at the bottom left.

Thanks Paul, I couldn't remember ever seeing one. I've got a nice black oak dash set here, but rather like the feel of the light oak gear knob that's currently fitted, so wondered if the equivalent was available.

Default Re black gear knobs

Yes they did make them, they are very rare I’ve got two one brand new never used and one has been fitted in the car around a month ago. I was given them by an ex rover manager. Sadly i don’t know how to upload photos on here or I’d post an image.
