Default Clutch how-to? 1.8

Hi All,

Asking for a friend....
Are anyone able to point me in the direction for a good clutch replacement guide / How-to procedure? This for an 1.8 NASP engine.
Are removal of the subframe necessary on these cars for this operation?

Thanks

Follow the instructions in the Haynes manual, found it very good when I did my diesel.
Basing my answer on the diesel engine, some people will remove the sub frame, some wont.

Removing the subframe ensures the job is easier and you will have plenty of room to access everything for cleaning before refitting the new parts.
