Having digested all the thread inputs thoroughly, I was wondering whether the rest of the ZT will be able to deal with the extra power/speed acceleration?
Having seen my son's ZT260 from all angles underneath, I was not entirely conviced regarding the bits and pieces that have to cope with the enormous power being placed on the chassis, exhaust, steering, suspension, rear diff. and gearbox.
I would have thought that the ZT260 is exhilarating as it stands, but have to admit that we did change the exhaust for one that really goes with the car's power and so the new "sound" is totally brilliant.

The 260 was introduced as an 'entry' model. The whole set-up has always been designed to cope with the 385 Roush engine. The fact that many owners run it with a Kenne Bell 400+ BHP conversion is testament to that.

So, as you can see, it is a prerequisite that the fuel is atomized, and then it certainly helps to introduce some mixing.

Feel better now?
Titanium comes to mind with regards "steel setting on fire". Remember being took round the IMI plant at Witton, Birmingham, when Titanium first came out, and was told that it was highly combustible in certain circumstances, like very fine dwarf particles.
