Rear seat back locking
While I'm faffing around in the car.
Just put the rear seat back in the clips at the base. The top fixings ??. The back has easily locked in on the driver side but not the near side ,and the two big button s on the top are showing proud of the seat and showing a red section ? Not able to unclip the drivers side ! What's happened Ta C

Not really Chris, what's probably happened is the hook on the bodywork has gone under the spring bar on the seat back.
So you'll need to push something down the inside of the button to release it |

Same problem here - I got a pallet knife from the kitchen and poked it under the plastic end of the load cover (between the cover end and the plastic housing on the car) and that released it. It has't happened again. |

Managed to get a screw driver in around the big button and I can lever something to make the buttons move down but it does nothing to release the catch, even had some one in the boot pushing with their feet while i'm pulling..
It is absolutely solid .. Prob is I don't know what part of the mechs to get at ? C
