Default which heaviest - ZT or 75?

I had always thought that the 75 was a comparative glutton and the ZT shorn of kit/weight to match its speedier looks.
Alas.
Pres facelift brochure comparison for CDT gives Tourer 1560 vs. ZTT 1585 kg!

What's all that about?

Also interesting (well, depending on your current intray) that the auto adds 30kg on a Rover and 35kg on an MG. (again from the Tourer figures)

in suspension components , the ZT actually substitutes firmer metal items for the 75's rubber parts....plus ZT's bigger wheels.

Also depends on Engine, Spec, Gearbox and if Saloon /Tourer.
The self levelling Suspension with all the Gizmo's on car fitted make the Diesel Tourers the Heaviest. (Dependent on Wheel size fitted 17" or 18" or 16")
For Towing the Diesels also allow you to pull the heaviest weight.

Of course the actual on the road weight of the Zt v 75 will be much lighter if including the driver as of course its a well known fact that ZT drivers are young, fit and have the physique of a racing snake whereas of course the average 75 driver will be elderly and portly
