Continued my waxoyling extravaganza, painted some areas with POR 15, and replaced a drop link, which turned into a bit of a pain.
Also discovered that pre-project drive seats make excellent kneeling pads.

Default This!

Not fitted yet as the boss is in work in the car, now it matches the fuse box and battery cover though

I bought a MG ZTT 2.5 V6 160 today

First thing I did was checked to see how deep the swimming pool was and ordered a new pollen filter after I unblocked the drain plugs was not good.

Also started to sort out my reverse camera and screen.

Nothing, zilch, nada, not even looked at any of them.

Instead I drove around in the super duper 45, I might even use it on Sunday......

L Series dieseltastic, completely dry as a bone inside, and it has a sunroof

Well that's frustrating!

Just hard wired the air bag plugs under the drivers seat (passenger side were already done) and the ****** air bag warning light STILL stays on!

Looks like I've got a trip to Uncle Phil's before Ed's MOT is due!

Gave my rear suspension arms and mounts a good wire brush followed by a soaking of Supertrol inside and waxoyl outside . No serious corrosion so V happy and thanks to a friendly neighboring garage I had the use of their two post ramp so the job was easily accessible

Fitted my new discs and pads to the front of the ZT, washed the wheels inside and out while I had them off the car, and thought

Jacked up the rear end to do the same with the wheels and what greeted me was not good news......two leaking dampers, and two broken springs...lush

So green/green spring code as they are probably original equipment, and god only knows for dampers.

The genuine dampers appear to be out of stock at Rimmers, and SLP for the springs.

Any suggestions for a 2004 ZT diseasel

What would you do ?
