Ha
We deliberately left them dirty to see where the debris ends up

Another batch due on Friday.
Hell they only come from down the road in Denbigh anyway !
Our Bass player (come designer & prototype maker) produces them for me.

Thanks Jules, mine arrived today and decided to fit it straight away, just as well I did the drain was blocked once again despite regular checking and the water was probably a couple of inches deep ,soaking up the pollen filter, it looks a well designed bit of kit that should do what it says on the packet, once again many thanks,Ian.

Hi James,if I had known you were not coming I could have taken the scone out of the freezer and used that as a debris wall ,never mind its only money.

just fitted mine pics below, i also used one of the " netting pieces " supplied
as instructed and held it by undoing one of the bolts passing through the netting and retightening.

The second picture is the passenger side of the car where you can see that there is already an OEM " shield " to stop the debris getting to the lower plenum on that side, Jules shield solve the problem on the other side which as he says was a design flaw

Great bit of kit, and easy to fit, go on order one !

Well done Trebor!
I'm waiting for an even better material to deal with the gap around the bonnet hinge.

It will hold itself in place. No need to undo bolts etc
For anyone who's bought the first batch, I will gladly send this piece when they arrive.

Pics to follow
