Can’t release rear seat backs
I’ve posted this some time ago, but didn’t really get an answer unfortunately, and now it’s a real problem as I need to go to IKEA!
Basically, I can’t get the rear seat backs to fold down. One of the push buttons won’t move when pressed; the other goes in and out freely, but nothing happens. I’ve done the bit where you work a junior hacksaw frame down inside, have felt what I’m supposed to be pushing, have pushed it – still he seat backs are stuck firm. I’m desperate here guys – any clever ideas?

Actually – hadn't tried this for a while, here’s a more accurate description.
The o/s end of the seat back is already permanently released, which is probably why pressing the button in and out doesn't do anything. The n/s end is stuck fast, and the button is absolutely solid – won’t move. Hope that helps.
