Remove the bottom panel and look for two taps, one attached to the cold inlet pipe and the other on the side of the return pipe. Open the return one, and then slowly open the cold one to top it up. It should show a pressure on the display screen. Hope this helps.

Must be a faulty sensor as tank in loft was full as was main tank. Switched off and restarted twice fault code appeared after a minute or so . Third time boiler stayed on but rads only just warm after an hour and water luke warm. Calling boiler engineer this week.
