Do not forget that all the bolts should be tightened when all wheels are on a level surface otherwise the bushes will be twisted

Just an update i didn't manage to do it on my back everything was so corroded the bolt heads had lost a few sizes so went into my local garage,I supplied the arms and springs but still ended up with a hefty bill,Labour £250 needed new abs sensor and back exhaust box plus 2 mots as it wasn't done in 10 days so had to retest anyway cost me £480 with vat plus what i paid for arms and springs.
Anyway least she has another 12 months,I suppose its not to bad for a 17yr old car just hurt abit.
cheers Julian
