Never seen the thing about it. Tried it twice, I thought it was unpleasant, really really greasy. I don't see why anyone would bother going to eat their stuff

There are approximately 800 KFC restaurants in the UK, only about a third of them are company owned, the remainder are franchises. The company owned outlets are OK but having to close your franchised branch due to lack of supplies means zero income and still got all the overheads to pay.

I read somewhere DHL are desperate for business and will undercut anyone, take the contract irrespective of whether they actually have the resources to fulfil it.

Apparently the same thing happened when DHL took over the contract from Bidvest on Burger King. Burger King are at the moment in negotiation with Bidvest and dropping DHL.

I would love to know the thinking behind the decisions, they know another company has had a problem yet they still go ahead. Surly when you are in a service industry service should be your be biggest concern not trying to save a fraction of a pence per burger.

The last two times we went the food was terrible and the service and general cleanliness not much better.

I personally wouldnt mind if they went bust
