Angry Hyperlinks blocked Outlook 2003

Not mentioned in 24/7/12 update, and Yes hyperlinks all worked yesterday, today PC reports security settings prevents hyperlinks from opening.

Have checked Outlook and Windows security settings and unable to disable this newly acquired and unwanted feature, anybody else having similar problems, and have you solved it?

Many thanks Teflon, had already tried MS Knowledgebase but none of those suggestions worked, yours came up with an MS Fix-It button that worked immediately!
now need to find why links don't work this moring in Excel 2003 - will look into that later this afternoon.
Chips

Just had a quick check and links now operating again in Excel as well, end of problem for the moment though no idea how sudden changes came about without Win 7 Update or any new software installed.

Did you not realise that MS decides that it doesn't want people using older software so 'adds' bits without you knowing to put the computer into 'treacle mode' or just annoy you

Could be MS intentionally invoked the problem especially as none of the recommended fixes worked until I realised it affected Excel as well, changed problem from hyperlinks not working in Outlook 2003, to, not working in Office 2003 and, Bingo found the fix-it button that cured it for me!
Thanks for your help Guys.
