20 mins in a traffic jam? It should have reached 100 a few times and had the fan kick in to bring it back down to 95.
I'm sorry but if it stays at 94 in a 20 min jam then something is not right

I'm quite aware some things not right. The big question is what. The fans working OK so presumably it would have cut in if the temp rose . Head scratching time.

I would be suspecting another airlock or faulty temp sensor, bit hard to change the sensor quickly though, it's a pain to get at.
