It's whatever size you can fit over the nipple and that depends on the pipe material thickness and stiffness, a rubber hose might stretch, a pvc one might need warming up first to stretch over. If you've got access to a bleed nipple and a decent eye and ruler or a vernier gauge (and the skill to use it) you can measure the widest point of the nipple. The correct size tube will be whatever size you can get closest to that measurement without equalling or exceeding it.
Or I could just tell you 5.5mm (7/32")...... should be right. If you're not wanting to bleed the brakes why do you ask?
