Morning Bob, morning all.

Proper autumn here. Condensation on the windows, mist over the fields, downright chilly. But due to see 16 degrees in glorious sunshine this afternoon. What's going on .

Geese have just flown over making an awful racket. But not enough to make Quizzie stir from her post breakfast snooze.

Take care everyone.

Morning all. Awoken by the sounds of very noisy jet engines. It seems that all the NATO planes have got together for a party outside my bedroom window. Practise makes perfect. Excellent day for watching the dogfights!

Air forces from across NATO will exercise nuclear deterrence capabilities involving dozens of aircraft over north-western Europe starting on Monday (17 October 2022). The exercise, which runs until 30 October, is a routine, recurring training activity and it is not linked to any current world events.

Great if you are a plane spotter

A very good morning to one and all. Today is 22 days post op and yesterday I did my longest walk to the end of the road and back, about 1/2 km which doesn’t look much. I am planning on doing the same again today. Still on daily enemas for the constipation caused by the liquid Oxycodone opiate. Still no appetite, but on protein shakes and small meals. My weight is about 70kg which is supposed to be the ideal weight. Otherwise I am in great form and upbeat about the future.

Morning Phil, it’s quite pleasant weather wise today. It rained heavily last night and that means again no dry grass to cut.

When I was a kid and we lived in Berwick there was a huge NATO exercise and we had B52s flying over the town with their bomb bay doors open. Idiot local councillor was going on about the residents of Berwick being terrified!

Morning Phil, Good going on the recovery Sir I was told I need to lose some weight by the urology team, I clocked in at 1.88 metres tall & a fine figure of a slob mode of 102kgs I had to ask for those measurements in old money

The BIG SHOP done in record time Never been round ASDA & the checkout so fast before. Got a load more stuff to take to the charity shop yet though.

They all want you to look like an anorexic stick insect, s0d that! I do want to lose weight but but I have no desire to reach the figures they are talking about. I don't eat a lot but until I can sort out the lack of energy there's not a lot I can do about exercise, to add to that a dodgy liver makes weight loss difficult.

Still no sign of the hormone stuff yet, its taking an age to filter down through the supply chain. It was released by the manufacturer about two weeks ago and still hasn't reached ground level.
