Unhappy That old chestnut, ABS

So, couple of days ago, decided to fit a new reverse sensor as mine had been misbehaving for a few weeks. Fitted it, moved the ABS wire a bit to get access, put the wheel back on, selected reverse, all good but.............
The ABS light stayed on, along with a quick flash of "Brake Error" on start up.
Ok then, couple of days later, when it warmed up a bit wheel back off, checked wiring, removed and cleaned sensor (new 2 years ago) cleaned blue connector, went for a drive hoping to clear it. Nope, still on Had to be that one right???? It's the only side I've been in.
Well, got my Autel out to see it would connect to the ABS system, It did Front right wheel speed sensor fault
So, when it warms up again, front right wheel off.
What fooled me though, the speedo still works
Bladdy car

What Autel scanner do you have - useful to be able to speak to the ABS .

Are there any OBD2 phone apps that can access the ABS faults ?

How odd is that when it was the N/S wheel you originally had off for the reversing switch!
Unless this is just pure coincidence that another fault has occurred around the same time.
I wonder if It's worth doing a battery reset?

Have to agree Mike, the only place I've disturbed anything is N/S
Yesterday, I put my P-Scan on it, first O/S wheel, did a live data test with a little drive, wheel speed fine, again on the N/S, no reading Leads me to believe that is the sensor at fault I've got a new one from DMGRS, so further investigation will take place(when it warms up)
