Hello is there anyone that knows where I can get some as I need to look somethings up that I would like to try on the wifes car?

Remember that there are two different wiring looms.

The early one which has full sized fuses in the Passenger fuse box and the later one that has mini fuses.

Early and late has nothing to do with the time when they facelifted the cars with different headlights etc.

The early fuse box looks like this:

Ignore the wires on the top left hand corner - these are for an aux supply I installed.

The official Rover disc with all the technical/maintenance details is available from Rimmers for a few ££'s:
