And the plot thickens
Came home to find two letters from the car insurance people. In one letter was an explanation that I was in more credit, and a cheque for £26.13. In the other letter, it also stated that I was owed more money, this time a cheque for £30.13.
Daft. Why not credit me or send one letter and one cheque. No wonder the costs keep going up with the money they waste.
