Is the January photo on the calender copyright?

Because someone is selling prints of it on ebay:

Of course the owner may have given permission, but looking at some of the other things he is selling, I suspect not.

The original for the calendar came from Club75 via Jürgen although not his car so as to copyright I cannot say.

thats odd, i sware the owner of this car is on here, i remember him posting pics in the show us your car thread, said somthing about the "ROV 75" plate being on a bmw.
