That last "Top Gear"...
I have just finished watching it.I thought that last film of the Aston was really nice, no J.C. going over the top etc. Now,a clever play on words in that clip.Whilst driving along he said the phrase"..........and this could be an ending..............", all the time there being an atmospheric piece of music being played. The music was in fact composed/played by Brian Eno and he made it for a quite stunning NASA documentary some years ago.The name of that particular track?.........................."AN ENDING"!!! Just a fluke really, as I have that album along with a lot of Eno's music.Just the ticket for your next Pub Quiz!!P.

You are forgetting the Gold XJS that James destroyed a couple of series ago and the 2 xj6's used in the double decker car racing. My fav. was the arm one!

If the BBC can Top Gear they would be complete idiots and as far as I'm concerned it would justify not paying for a licence.. The format has been syndicated to loads of countries and even the Americans show er-runs of the UK version.
The number of viewers alone makes it necessary to continue the format.

Top Gear
Well if things go as they are with the BBC the three of them will be sent out to grass with all the other "oldies" that the BBC think are to old to present programes, and we will end up with some 20 year old numptys who know nothing.

My Cousin works in the same office block as the Top Gear team in London & I can assure you there is plenty of activity in their production office

Not going to argue with you, but I could have sworn the music was by William Orbit, from the album "Pieces In A Modern Style".....
