They are gorgous. I like the yellow one. I like the cream one too.
Have they been restored? Or have they just lasted? Do you have any interior pictures?

My other Rover is a 3.5 litre SD1. The torque and smoothness of the engine is extremely addictive, but the fuel consumption will bankrupt you! The owners' club is: www.roversd1club.net I caught the bug from my father when he bought a Rover 100 P4. The features I remember are the reserve fuel tank, oil level gauge and the mercury-operated boot lamp. Simon.

THose Morris Itals, go like the clappers they, are so light, PS Phil my dads, 1985 B reg is the last surviving 1985 registered one. The A reg one was a AustinMorris company car for Longbridge and Solihull plants, and still has the original road tax holder.
I love the Morris Itals, there are only 39 left on the road in service and taxed. MG. |

P4's are good solid cars and if well maintained are a joy to own and drive.
Superb commanding driving position surrounded by all that walnut and leather. I have a 1962 "100" Approx mpg 22-25 They have been underrated but prices are now creeping up just look at some of prices on the classic dealer websites for some of these cars. A couple of suppliers i have used and found to be very good Richard Hedger (richards re-claimed rovers) 01205 260227 for second hand parts and John Wearing 01254 386935 Anyone thinking of buying a P4 it is worth joining the Rover P4 Drivers guild where you can find advise on all matters of buying and maintaining the cars.
