Default Which bulbs do i go for?

I'm in the process of replacing the headlights on my car with a set of quads but want the best h4 bulbs i can afford.

I was looking at osram night breakers which look fantastic for around £10 for 2 but then looking on the halfords site for just over £10 per bulb they sell there own brand xenon ones. My question is that are you paying over the odds for the halfords bulbs or are they better than the night breakers?
I've got a budget of around £40 to spend (need 4 bulbs) so if anyone can help me that would be great!

Personally Osram nightbreakers. Try a Euro Car Parts centre knock spots off Halfords prices, just pop into their trade counter all are welcome.
