Back on thread...........

Bid is at £400... and Bidder 7 has increased his maximum bid - ie. still at £400!!

Never in the field of e-bay history have so few bidded so much for so little!!

I was prepared to pay a little over the odds but this much is unbelievable. The seller, who seems a just fellow must be dreaming of a holiday in an exotic land

I hope it works out OK for him

We will find out real soon after this sale is done just how rare they are, like the door finishers once the price goes this high we may get a few more of these going for sale on Ebay, and the final price for this one will be the low end price from now on.

Conversely, if too many appear (ie: jumping on the band wagon) then the price may fall.... The Laws of supply & demand

It's still quite cheap for a collectors watch alough i never thought it would ever reach that sort of money.

The most i'ver ever paid for a watch was about 4.5k but was a rolex

I think this thread has made the price go this high. Some bod has posted a question referring to this site, I ask you A spy within the ranks.

I think you are well out of it Andrew, though you explained your intentions I would keep quiet next time.
