You worked with Andy and Brian, are they ok?

This morning I went for a walk, came back and did some chores. Now it’s too hot at 27C and at about 4pm I will go for another walk when it’s cooler. My target is to walk one and a half miles each day. It doesn’t look much but it is helping me keep active and to keep going.
We went to a coffee for a walk, went we cost there they were closed, so we walked to the cars and stopped for coffee at a nearer cafe near my home.

I'm not sure I like how the big bear behind Zed is looking at him

Morning Richard, welcome to the day. That looks great, I wonder is there a chance of you meeting up regularly with Andy and Brian, every week/monthly - just a thought.

Coffee:

Tomorrow I am seeing the cardiologist for a routine check up, but it’s been more than 2 months since I had a coffee and I do miss it. Hopefully now the heart is on the mend, he will give the okay to have a cuppa, previously he warned me against drinking too much fluids

How much coffee/tea do you drink in a day? Anyone?

Morning Roy, an early start for you and the dog, a full day and you will be busy.

The vascular surgeon I saw last Thursday has asked me to tell the cardiologist, that he wants to operate to repair the aneurysm with a graft and arrange a pre admission MRI scan under a GA/sedation. I guess he needs to check with the cardiologist that I will be fit enough to have the op.

This morning I am taking Jessica to the hospital to have routine blood tests as she is being checked for everything before we fly to the uk. Results will be ready tonight and emailed to her before she sees the doctor tomorrow.

Have a great day
