My memories are of my Dads eight track playing Pink floyd,Kraftwerk and David Bowie.

I think he was quite lucky and had a recording eight track 'home' stereo, bit like having an Mp3 player today, relatively speaking.

My dad had an 8 track in his interceptor, and was still using it in the eighties!!!.........but by the late eighties he was playing normal style tapes on it through an adaptor!! yep his still on VHS snd only recently moved into compact disc!!!! i think his still holding on to the 1960's, lol.

how about a brand new 8 track player in it's box?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vintage-8-Trac...3A1%7C294%3A50

Alough it looks abit to late for a mgc, would be more suited in a mk3 cortina.

What would look realy nice in your mg would be a nice old chrome fronted radiomobile, that realy would look the biz.
