Scratch in dash

VeeKay has a scratch in her dash. It looks as though the previous owner might have used a screwdriver to lever or scrape something off.

People say it's not noticeable but it sticks out like a sore thumb to me.

Does anybody know if it's possible to repair please?

VeeKay has the real wood dash and the scratch looks white.

If its on the wood insert, then I would be tempted just to replace the panel with a second hand one as they seem to be readily available breakers etc?

Nope - it's right in the middle, between the two inner air vents

if the scratch looks white then it's only a mark in the varnish, what i would do is get a spray can of good quality varnish, spray in the can lid and fill in the scratch using a very fine paint brush but making sure the varnish is very slightly proud. Then give it at least a good 24 hours drying time then using a very fine wet and dry paper rub down the proud area until flush and then polish off with a t cut or smilar product, that should work wonders as i did the same thing on my daimler dash. Alough i have no idea how thick the varnish is on the 75 dash, on my daimler the varnish is atleast 2mm thick so just be carefull you don't rub down to far.
