Default Service....

Just been quoted £440 for a complete service by an ex Rover dealer, this includes all filters, oils including auto box and a T4 session, all original parts used, seems a bit steep to me, any thoughts welcome..

Also I want my total closure (windows) activating, do we have any T4's nearby, but not with dealer prices....

Regards
Lyndon

That's what I thought, but as the snotty man said, ohhh there are not many T4's about now, and when he said I could have a new Kia for the day as a courtesy car, that's when I felt he really took the wee wee and left...

Have you tried Lates (http://www.lates600.com/) who are near Rugby, or Austin garages (http://www.austingarages.co.uk/) in Burton upon Trent?

Thats a silly price! The last service i had was at a mgr garage, they replaced all oils and filters and plugged it into a t4 to check and delete some fault codes. all in all they charged me £180 plus they gave me £20 off because i had to wait.

I know that times are hard, but to charge double is not good at all, would never go to them again

Hi mate, good to see you this afternoon. My local ex Rover dealer charges £160 for a service.

Cheers
