Non functioning heating/cooling system
My heating control centre is as dead as a dodo so I'm assuming it's a fuse somewhere, if it is a fuse I don't know why it would blow, as far as I'm aware the system was functioning ok. If it's not a fuse what else could it be?
Cheers, Dave |

Dave,
Perhaps the 'OFF' button has been accidentally pressed. Try re-selecting 'AUTO' and see if the display lights up. Simon

Nothing is working on the panel, no screen blower or heated rear screen just a totally dead panel and I can't find info on which fuse protects it.

Thanks for that. It is a MK2 and I'm just in the process of checking the fuses (first chance I've had), I'm thinking it could be one of the fuses that protect the instruments but because I don't have a wiring diagram I'm guessing lol.

There's 3 fuses for the ATC
Problem is now solved op came up and I very quickly discovered the cause, build up of corrosion on the fuses Blooming awful later fuse boxes, it's a common problem that you hardly ever see on the early type fuse box cars. Anyway all is back up and running again which is a good job it's boiling hot today Russ
