Morning all,
Not too bad out there this morning with a mixture of light cloud and sun. Forecast warns of possible rain mid afternoon. I hope not as today is the last day of the concrete slab being poured in the garden.......all will be revealed soon Boris checking out the slab by Jeff Cranwell, on Flickr

Morning everyone.
Overcast again this morning but no rain in the night. Got Banana back, now stops without making a noise.

Morning all.
Bright and dry here - for now. The deluge is due to arrive in about an hour or so but hopefully won't stay around too long . Have a safe and quiet fight Phil. And enjoy the Guinness Take care. Last edited by AndyN01; 10th September 2021 at 07:09.. |

Morning all It's dark, damp, & raining here & I couldn't be happier after the hot humid sauna weather Back to proper Lancashire weather, I'll take that
Mind you I hope it's not going rain all day as all the bedding needs washing after that sweatathon

Been out, collecting stuff from the doc's then the chemist for a repeat prescription for my other half. Its not nice out there, cloudy, very muggy and sticky, horrible.
Shocked watching BBC News earlier, talking about the Genesis tour. Mike Rutherford and Tony Banks look ok but Jesus, Phil Collins looks old despite actually being the youngest of the three. |

Well, no rain arrived and we "might" get a thunderstorm and/or some rain somewhere between 4pm and 6pm this afternoon.
Not helpful if you're trying to plan and get stuff done outside |

Afternoon all, The rains disappeared & it's gone really humid again At least I got the bedding pegged out & dry, I don't think I'll bother putting it back on the beds if it's going to be warm again overnight.
I've been making some bread with the bread maker, I used some of those "Sun dried" tomatoes I did the other day with Italian dried herbs in the mix, I'm well pleased with the loaf, Very tasty Also been taking out the rest of the tomato plants from the lea-to greenhouse & using up the ripe tomatoes to make some pasta sauces for the freezer

Bl00dy hell! Ging has cocked up with her Amazon orders. We got a 20kilo bag of sunflower seeds a week or so ago . . . . another two arrived today Probably got around 55+ kilos of sunflower seeds.
