Loom & air hose postion CDTi
Quick question.
Does the loom fit above or below the air hose in this picture? I've shown the other position in orange. I had to move it all about to find the starter motor bolt and now I've forgotten where it should be? I've fitted it above and below but neither seems really right? Any answers please? edit: unable to add photo at the moment, not much help!! finally after 5 attempts Last edited by Andy_with_a_screwdriver; 2nd March 2019 at 12:03.. Reason: trying to add photo |

I got there in the end, I put it under initially but it felt too tight on the gearbox, so it went back over the top and seemed more natural.
Unfortunately I couldn't get the car to start when I'd finished. Was worried I'd forgotten something but it turned out battery was flat, I'd only got 9.6 volts. Left it charging off my van for 20 minutes and all was well |
