Default 1.8 turbo rear brakes

Looking on ebay at rear discs for my 2002 turbo saloon,and its showing solid discs.think i read somewhere that you can use vented aswell.is this correct?

Yes you can fit solid or vented, but you would also require the wider calipers as well.
