Unhappy POL 24 - Cancelled

POL Cancelled

From Gemma
Following a site visit today, the Park is water logged worse it has been for over 12 years Sadly POL 24 is cancelled. We have tried to source a space on the redevelopment sadly there is water there as well: POL team is sad for this to happen this year. The Parks also stated they had to cancel an event in Wugust of last year due to the weather. Please accept our apologies.

Sad but understandable. Now what to do on Saturday as ferry and hotels are booked and paid for? Need to find something...

How about what we did a few years ago when it was canceled? A lot of us landed at Gaydon, they have a huge car park and only 30 mins down the road.

The Longships and Octagon's event that is scheduled over the same weekend, has been extended to include a Day 1 event at the Great British Car Journey.

A few clubs are making that event the "official" replacement

Quote:
The Rover Coupe Owners Club will be in attendance on Day 1 of the Longships and Octagons event at the Great British Car Journey as our "Official" replacement for the cancelled Pride of Longbridge. Our Club shop with be in attendance, with our range of services, repaired Clock Exchange Service, T4 fob programming, etc.

It would be great to see as many of you there as possible

Book a (per-person) ticket here:-
