Silver is tarnished!
List of the most popular car colours for 2020 has just been published. Grey was top, followed by black and white. Silver only came in sixth, after blue and red.

The colour options for new cars is extremely limited and boring. Most of the manufacturers seem to offer red, blue, white and three or four slightly differing shades of silvery grey. If only the choices in the modern era could be as varied as they were for MG Rover, but I guess it's mostly down to bean counters keeping the costs as low as possible.

I've got a notion that TVR will do/match absolutely any colour you want.
Not sure if that's correct or my memory is playing dead . Oh, and my latest tourer is.....The clue is in my avatar..... Pearlescent British Racing Green or, if you prefer, code, HFF Last edited by AndyN01; 18th January 2021 at 07:58.. |
