Want to check the spec of your Rover 75?
To help members correctly identify the precise trim level of their vehicles, I have compiled an exhaustive list of factory options specific to each model of car.
If you want to check the Spec of the MG ZT and not the Rover 75 Click Here With the help of fellow member Duotone, we have gone through the MGR brochures for each of the 7 years of production, and can now present the “standard” fit for Classic, Club, Connoisseur & Contemporary……..however, as most of you know, our cars were almost infinitely adaptable at build level depending on what the customer ordered, so your particular vehicle may not perfectly match the standard SE or non SE spec, but at least you’ll discover what extra bits were asked for over and above the basic model. Build Years 1999 – 2003 – Pre-facelift: Classic standard equipment Plain cloth upholstery available in Sandstone Beige or Ash Grey Electric windows (front only) 4 speed fan & recirculation ventilation Nice work,
But can I point out a couple of corrections. From Jan '05 All Connoisseur models got leather seats as standard. They also got twin illuminated vanity mirrors as well. I'm not sure whether they got ITS (side pillar airbags) as standard or if this was still an option. However my car does have ITS but doesn't have any other items from the Connoisseur pack. As you say the ITS could have been a custom option. But I know the leather and vanity mirrors (and driver's grab handle) were all re-introduced as standard fit.
