Default Removing stock VDO unit - How to

How do I remove the stock VDO unit that MG Rover supplied my car with? I cannot see any release slots anywhere.
Help, I can't bear the rubbish sound that is coming out of the speakers!

Default Radio removal

Thanks! Doesn't look too difficult. Will I need an adaptor loom for an aftermarket unit?

Cheers.

If your radio is like the one in the youtube video, you will need one of these, plus a patch lead to suit whichever head unit you fit: http://www.dynamicsounds.co.uk/autol...l-adaptor.html
