Good morning all, It's a bright sunny day here albeit cold. Sciatica, what joy I literally couldn't get out of bed this morning, I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

The only good news is that my new spray gun & accessories came in the post today
Very nice bit o kit. all I have to do now is get my back sorted & the job on the front bumper done before Winter sets in.

I've had it Ian, you have my full sympathy. All I did was bend over to pick something up, felt the crunch at the base of my back. Few days later I could barely walk, I'd crushed a disc which swelled up and put pressure on the nerve going down my left leg. Even horse painkillers didn't help, only thing that gave any relief was lying on the floor on my left side, must have relieved the pressure on the nerve.

Sciatica is horrible .

I am the opposite .

If i keep moving its bearable.
If i sit for a length of time its agony .
