Default Do I repair or weigh it in?

Hi all,
We have a 2003 MG ZT-T Cdti automatic. Trophy blue with Alcantra trim. My wife's car for 4 years but she no longer does the mileage and has a 4x4. It is now surplus to requirements and has no MOT.

Good points:

The front tyres are new
New full exhaust
Near rear disks, pads and handbrake shoes
New under bonnet diesel pump and filter

Bad points:

Needs welding to rear of n/s sill for MOT
front lower ball joint needs replacing for MOT
Front corner of bonnet bubbling
Has various parking scrapes on it
Nearly 200,000 miles
Currently smokes on overrun.(didn't when laid up in December 2021)
Bonnet release cable needs replacing. Have them just no time to do)

Question is, with the above MOT work has been priced at £350 plus parts, is it worth doing?
Would I be better off selling as is?
Should I weigh it in?

I look forward to your advice.

Kind regards

Clive
