Wet and windy here this morning, hope the caravan doesnt get blown over Andy.. Not feeling 100%:
Over the Xmas holiday ,I had a couple of instances of stomach problems, at first it was a kind of burning sensation, like you get if you’ve been running or got out of bnreath. This was stomach area though, it then went on to be a bloated feeling, like trapped wind, after a while and a couple of farts, I felt a bit better, had it twice more simce then, yesterday being the worst, after I had a hot coffee in the morning, I had stomach pains all day, no loss of appetite thougn. I eventually took some paracetamol and went to bed, feeling better today, but stomach still feels a bit strange, so going to phone doc for appointment.

Mornin' all, It's a bit wild & windy out there & chucking it down sideways. The wind has been roaring down the bedroom chimney all night.

Good morning Richard, yes it’s best to get yourself checked over if you are having doubts. Some people are hooked into coffee, but look at the benefits of it. Apparently, if you drink one coffee per day it helps prevent Alzheimer’s. Some folks get a buzz from drinking coffee all day long, but is also known for palpitations and giving people stomach ulcers. I drink one - two a day, in the hope of staving off dementia. By coincidence I was also in pain yesterday after the surgeon pressed down hard on everything. He wanted to check the last op was all healed up. I have been given a reprieve and he said he will see me in 12 months, but sooner if anything changes. I am happy with that, positive thoughts

And.....

Keep taking the tablets

Good morning Ian, with the sale of the Chevy, are you one step closer to attaining your next car? It’s a bit overcast in North London, 13C is expected

Good morning Phil, That's good news from the surgeon Yes clearing the decks as they say, I'm still in the process of sorting the business end out of getting another car and will put up a thread as to what motor I get Sadly the Rover will be taken off the road at the end of this month & retired if all goes to plan, I haven't decided what to do with it yet

I was quite surprised to be told by a specialist that a minimum of five coffees a day is good for the liver!

Thank you very much
Sad about your Rover going Ian, but needs must. There is something about the look or design about our cars that is special. Some of my friends in the OC have 2, 3 or more 75’s and it’s an addiction which is hard to let go from. I wish you all the best with that

Im not a coffee addict, generally at work I have one about 10; then 2 with my lunch. At weekends, I only have maybe 1 or 2 each day, sometimes none. Im not a great fan of tea though.
