Default climat control & air con noise

when the a/c is running on auto temp control when turning the steering to the right when moving it makes a shuddering noise its ok turning left or going in straight it only makes the noise with the a/c on .my is a 2004 diesel.cdt club.

i had a similar problem on my car, it turned out that the metal cooler pipe infront of the fan was bent slightly and sitting up against the fan. when turning either left or right ( i cant remember which way it was now) the body flex was causing the pipe and fan to touch as there is a bit of movement on the fan. This only occured with the a/c on and was found / repaired with the front bumper removed.
