Off to the Hospital with Angela this morning - she's seeing a 'bio mechanical podiatrist' - see if he can solve the problem of the pains in her foot (wish I had some of them )

Best I can do is post a pic taken a few minutes ago. I suppose you could sit and look at it all day It's 21 degrees here apparently but, there's a fair breeze coming off the sea which is cooling it down a little and making it very pleasant
