Default Clutch Judder Rover 75 tourer 2005

Ihave had this car from new. It has always had a clutch judder in first &
reverse, & as time goes on, it is worse.but only when cold, is the problem bad.
I was told that there is an inline valve, in the fluid line to the clutch, &
if dispensed with, a cure is affected. THere is an anti- judder kit available
on line for circa £38.
Has aanyone any constructive thoughts, please. I have read posts
regarding engine mounts, which have not been investigated. I have also
tried burning any potential high spots from the clutch ,the improvment,
being questionable, but certainly short lived.
