I agree 100% with you Rev, I didn't celebrate or have a drink, went to bed early for a read and chill out. All this kissing and hugging then the next day they are kicking lump's out of each other or slagging everyone off.

Get your arm in there Ian up to the elbow and loosen it up, it should sort the problem out.

Good morning all It’s taken us a few days to acclimatise to the excessive heat. We are staying in a beach house at Takaungu Creek which a friend has given us for 2 weeks. The creek runs into the Indian Ocean and it is protected by a reef. The fishing village is anti alcohol and strictly Jihadi. no alcohol can be bought or drunk anywhere but they still have a good time. The locals say the only crime here, is the complaints about peeping TOMS lol

Apart from having no A|C, a basic beach house and a “dry new year”, it is very pretty here, with white sandy beaches, millions of coconut trees, sea water as warm as a bath and fresh fish ...... have a great day

LOl Sorted it without sticking me mitts in there I borrowed my brothers drain rods & gave it a good rodding I had the manhole cover up & set about it, ended up soaked to the skin with the damn rain.

It's been a great start to the new year....Not. Also just found out from Amazon about two items I ordered in Sept last year and never received them that it's too late to make a claim, I forgot about them D'oh.

Funny thing I've had the runs all night since doing that & my stomach is rumbling/churning like crazy........I need cream.

Edit; spoke too soon, Amazon has just emailed saying...... We have granted your A-to-z Guarantee claim for these orders.

Thank you Steve, my heart goes out to the young lads in the village, as the ladies all have to cover everything up with a black sheet (like the young lady in the photo at the railway station) so you can understand how desperate the one or two must get for spying on the ladies after dark, not that I am agreeing with it lol The policeman in the photo asked if I had any booze or fags for him and he asked to look at my phone as I was getting lots of messages lol

The fisherman brought us a big fish caught this morning, which he will fillet and gut it for us. He said it is a Rock Fish and goes for £4 a kilo.....
