Compression test with everything unplugged - bad Idea ?
At present I have removed the camshaft covers on my v6 to clean the breathers . With everything out of the way this seems a great time to carry out a compression test on all 6 cylinders . But , will turning over the engine with all sorts of electronics unconnected create all manner of fault codes , or even worse ? I have got a fault code reader so can clear them
