I want to Dreadnought Garage today who were hosting a Technical Day with Brain and Clare Luti speaking about the ZT. Their knowledge on MGR is mind boggling.
See the familiar ZT V8 lurking on the ramp? Thanks to the MG Car Club (Caledonian Centre) for inviting Scotlands MG Rover Owners Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/smgroc/

Looking good there Mat.
It's the smallest of touches like this that really finish off an already tidy car you have.

Today I've been laid in my boot with a torch looking for an elusive leak and found it It was the boot hinges, all sealed now.
Then, after crudely cutting my carpet out a month or so ago, I've just removed seats, centre console and remaining scraps of carpet to get it ready for new carpet tomorrow. Looking forward to a quieter car |

Fitted new rear discs and pads, rust proofed and painted the back plate, fitted some ambient lighting and repaired a couple of tears in seats made by previous owners dog.

Got the car running tonight after work, convinced the crank pulley is noisy again, quietens down when the revs are lifted. Corteco pulley fitted about 14 months / 7,000 miles ago Need to use it for a few days but it was too dark to swap cars around, maybe tomorrow.
