Its more than likely the filter is gummed up, a sort of jelly forms at the bottom of the tank and clogs the filter. Undo the front of the OSF wheel arch liner and pull aside, pull the pump off the tank, the filter is part of the grommet the pump fits into, when you pull the pump the tank will drain so have a basin or what ever under it. Wash the grommet/filter in warm soapy water. Flush the tank several times with warm water with a mild bleach solution then rinse with clean water. Reassemble and refill the tank, should be sorted.

try poking a pin into the holes in the jet in case it is blocked
