Rover 75 in advert

Hi any body seen the advert on the tv.for Warrentee direct it look's to me they are useing a mk 2 conni Mind you i dont know if that's an insult to there reliabilty seen it 3or4 time's now so keep your eye's open.

My SWMBO pointed out that there was a 75 saloon taxi in Eastenders the other night............. bit of a demotion from the days of Midsommer Murders. IMHO.:lol:

Yes seen that Ad !

Mrs Jules just pointed out the positive side of this by saying
"If you own a Rover 75 We at Warranty Direct will quite happily cover it"

However, I wish they'd chosen a French or JAP car to feature in their Ad instead of constantly putting British products down all the time.
No wonder there is no British Industry left.

wonder if it would cover a set of coil packs on a megane at 40k and a noisy gearbox on a avensis at 37k?

there was one in a comparesion site advert near the end when another car reverses in to it i think it was on five

I dont think its a dig at reliablitly, Just probably thinking when MG-R went under everyones warrenty was void. RAC or the AA one of the two stepped in in 2005 and offered to take over the void MG-R warrenty for anyone who's car was still covered.

20 years ago I was looking at a Triumph Stag for sale on a forecourt and remember looking into the Warranty small print.

"Every make of engine is covered...........
Exclusions : Triumph Stag"

Made me chuckle at the time.
Oh & I still went ahead & bought one from Auction, & that love affair lasted 15 years
