You could sell just a couple of those supercars and do the same. Nice to to know that if you leave your Veyron in a rough area of Dubai?!, they'll nick your wheels!

I know somebody who was working out in Dubai a couple of years ago, he reckoned when you went around some places the amount of abandoned supercars was shocking. Even at the airport there were cars there that here we would pay a couple of years wages for but they were parked up with flat tyres and had obviously been there for a long time.

Apparently the local authorities every now and again have a clear up campaign but he said you could weep when you see a £50k or more car being scooped up by a digger.

Where he worked there were several cars abandoned, nothing in the supercar league but when he asked why he was told when they go wrong they just go and buy another one

. I suppose they treat them like we treat washing machine and fridges. Low cost relative to what they earn so it is as easy to get another one.
